We’re looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Computer Technician to be the first point of contact for our internal IT support needs. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all technical issues, from troubleshooting hardware and software problems to ensuring our IT systems run smoothly and securely.

You’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact by:

• Providing first-line technical support for all hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Responding to IT-related queries and requests promptly and effectively.
• Monitoring and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Documenting IT processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Providing training and guidance to users on the effective use of IT systems and tools.
• Collaborating with the broader IT team to identify and implement improvements.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management
