REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a computer technician.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose hardware and software issues on laptops.
• Repair or replace faulty components such as screens, keyboards, and motherboards.
• Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and essential software.
• Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.Keep records of repairs and inventory of spare parts.
