We are looking for a Computer User Support Specialist in San Diego, California. Summary Provides technical support to FRCSW users via desktop assistance, troubleshooting, installations, account resolution, and hardware/software support. Addresses customer IT issues, supports system rollouts, maintains workstation stability, and escalates complex problems as needed to system or network teams. Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 user support for software and hardware issues. Troubleshoot and resolve network, application, and system access problems. Install and configure hardware, printers, and authorized software. Support account management, password resets, and permissions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field. 3+ years of IT support experience in enterprise environments. Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory. DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification (A+ CE or equivalent) preferred. Must possess an active Secret Clearance - Required This contractor and subcontractor shall abide by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
