ICMS is looking for a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Administrator to support custodial and facility operations in Martinsburg, WV. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage all data entry, scheduling, creating, assigning and closing work tickets. Maintaining accurate records for all work tickets, locations, resources and equipment. Setting up user roles, permissions, and system workflows. Ensuring digital records and documentation meets customer and regulatory standards. Develop and provide all necessary reports and database queries as requested by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) within 4 hours during normal Government working hours (unless the COR agrees to a longer time frame) Requirements High School Degree or equivalent preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience within the last 3 years performing similar CMMS administration duties. Proficient computer skills including proven experience with Microsoft Office applications for documentation, communication, and basic reporting. Superior ability to plan and manage work independently, meeting deadlines under minimal supervision Shall be able to read, write, and fluently converse in the English language Additional Qualifying Factors: As a condition of employment, it will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results. Security Clearance: All Contractor personnel working onsite at federal facilities must meet federal government security clearance standards. IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) required. Citizenship requirement: must be a U.S. citizen or have "lawful permanent residence" status to be eligible for a federal clearance including financial and credit stability.
