Here, we shape the physical expression of Rituals worldwide in spaces that inspire, engage, and connect people to our brand on a deeper level. As our Concept Design Manager, you are accountable for shaping and leading the creative vision for Rituals’ global brand environments. You set the long-term design direction and oversee the studio’s most complex and strategic initiatives, ensuring creative excellence, innovation, and consistency across every touchpoint. For 40 hours per week, you will: Lead the creative vision for Rituals’ global store and retail environments, setting the long-term strategic direction for design. Translate brand strategy into design, turning business and creative goals into innovative, scalable, and future-proof concepts. Inspire and help guide a talented team of Concept Designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence. Oversee the studio’s most strategic projects from concept to completion balancing aesthetics, functionality, and commercial impact. Apply a mature design signature, combining craftsmanship and innovation to elevate the Rituals brand across all physical touchpoints. Champion sustainability and innovation, integrating new materials, technologies, and trends into the creative process. Collaborate cross-functionally with senior stakeholders in Marketing, PMO, Store Design, VM, Innovations, and the internal brand agency to ensure alignment between design and broader company strategy. Partner with external experts and agencies, ensuring the highest quality in design execution and brand consistency across markets. Qualifications High on energy, low on ego and a little bit of humour. You’ll combine your strategic thinking with creative leadership in guiding the design language of the brand, and ensuring our physical environments translate Rituals’ philosophy into meaningful experiences. On top of this, you bring: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in retail concept design and creative direction, ideally within premium lifestyle, fashion, or beauty brands. Strong skills in 2D/3D design software, visualisation, storytelling, and design development from concept to rollout. A talent for strategic and conceptual thinking, balancing creativity with commercial awareness. Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across disciplines and senior leadership levels. A deep passion for design excellence, sustainability, and creating experiences that move people. A true collaborator and team player who brings energy, curiosity, and a refined aesthetic eye.
