QUALIFICATION:

3+ years of experience in full cycle development as a concept artist.

  • You have a proven ability to quickly produce effective paint overs to provide clear guidance to Service Providers.
  • You are adaptable and respond to feedback from Service Providers and apply it to create stronger partnerships and clearer direction.
  • You are an advocate for your Service Provider and present their work to the internal team with confidence.
  • You have a great eye for concept art creation and graphic design and the ability to provide meaningful actionable feedback.
  • You can meet deadlines and communicate blockers for Service Providers.

    • Understanding of 3D Software such as Maya or Blender to export mesh for Service Providers.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with External Development | Concept Team to provide feedback to Service Providers.

  • Partner with other disciplines to understand tasks and scope of work for Service Providers.
  • Assist in overseeing the external creation of concept art and providing written and verbal feedback.
  • Follow the established processes for giving feedback and reporting on reoccurring issues to ensure that we provide feedback in a timely manner to the vendor.
  • Self-sufficiency in identifying reoccurring issues and can provide supplementary guidance and reference as needed.

    • Be able to manage emergent tasks and execute them within the allotted timelines.
