If you enjoy leading a team, thrive in a dynamic setting, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, this is a great opportunity to be part of the fun at the National Mall!  Learn more at TasteOfHistoryDC.com  Key Responsibilities:  * Open and close concession stands according to company procedures  * Prepare and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts  * Supervise and direct concession staff during operations  * Assign tasks and ensure employees remain productive and customer-focused  * Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally  * Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards  * Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed  * Ensure accurate cash handling and proper transaction procedures  * Train and support new employees on policies and procedures  * Communicate effectively with management regarding operational needs or issues  Rate of pay: $20.00 / hour  Education and Experience:  Education: High School Diploma or equivalent  Experience: Minimum (1) year in a restaurant establishment  Resort/National Park Concession preferred  Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status and all other status protected by law.
