Job Description As the Concession Manager, you would be contributing to the overall performance of our new flagship concession in Selfridges, London. In this role, you would be leading a team of people to ensure the concession is run in the most efficient way. Although no two days are ever the same, there are some things that you can expect to be involved in regularly. This includes: Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and experience Analysing selling information and taking ownership for the concession sales performance Leading and motivating a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service Leading recruitment and ensure induction and training to new starters is carried out Identifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression Overseeing concession operations Creating a great place to work Qualifications To work as a Concession Manager, you should have previous management/leadership experience plus the qualities below. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, train and develop a team Customer focused Self-motivated & Positive Adaptable A genuine interest in others Excellent planning and organisational skills Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent commercial abilities and interest in fashion/retail Confident communicator in English: additional languages are an advantage but not required Preferable but not mandatory ​​ Previous experience working within a Concession Additional Information This is a full-time position with a contract of 39 hours a week based in our new Cos Concession within Selfridges, Oxford Street.
