Overview of the Position:
Hold onto your spatulas because we are searching for a passionate Concession Manager to head up our team at Stack and Still in Bonnie Wild Food Market. This is your chance to shine if you’re an experienced hospitality professional with a love for pancakes and a knack for leadership!

Primary Accountabilities:

• Lead, motivate, and energise our outstanding staff to consistently provide pancake perfection and first-rate service.
• Dive right in and ensure everything goes smoothly at our pancake paradise, from flipping pancakes to handling stock. We want you to be the one to accomplish this!
• Come up with innovative upselling and promotion ideas to get customers to pile their plates higher than they have in the past.
• Promote food safety regulations also ensuring our pancake creations are nothing short of amazing.
• Take charge of our staffing plans and performance monitoring to make sure everything runs well, even on the busiest rushes.
• Solidify your relationships with suppliers and all the amazing people who contribute to the concession’s success. After all, teamwork makes the pancake dream work!

Qualifications:

• You’re our ideal pancake friend if you have prior hospitality management experience, a love of pancakes, and a hint of leadership prowess!
