Who you are:
The Concession and Showroom Operations Manager – West Coast ensures the overall accuracy of inventory in our LA Showroom, Casa Cucinelli, and West Coast Concession stores with end-to-end support at the store level, and through key partnerships at the corporate level. They keep a watchful eye on all inventory movements, offer training to in-store members of the Operations team, and support communication with the stores on all inventory matters. They provide key administrative support to the Retail team and work closely to support and coordinate the operational activities of the retail stores across all functional areas to ensure effective planning and implementation of policies and procedures.

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for the Inventory Management of LA Showroom Maintaining accurate tracking of all sample items (trunk show and PR) and Casa orders through quarterly physical inventory and regular random audits.
  • Ensure system records are always aligned with physical inventory for LA showroom and West Coast Concession locations.
  • Oversee and execute inventory transfers between the showroom, Casa Cucinelli LA, and stores, in coordination with HQ and retail partners.
  • Lead the seasonal RTV process for LA Showroom back to the HQ warehouse.
  • Oversee receiving and processing of seasonal and event-specific collections in LA Showroom.
  • Support and partner with the PR team by maintaining accurate records of PR-related inventory movements in the system for LA Showroom.
  • Work closely with the Showroom Manager and Casa Manager to support all product-related activities and operational needs.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all product movement and tracking across both LA Showroom and Casa Cucinelli.
  • Leads the quarterly Physical Inventory activities including calendar management, store visits and reconciliation support for area concession stores.
  • Reviews and guides resolution of mid-quarter cycle count discrepancies, including approval of inventory adjustments for area concession stores.
  • Analyzes inventory movements at the store level across concession stores with an auditor’s mindset, addressing anomalies, errors and misalignments with the relevant partners to correct.
  • Leads the biannual Reticketing projects for seasonal SKU changes, including list management, warehouse ticket coordination, and POS system movements.
  • Supports list maintenance and management for EOS Returns and ad hoc RTV projects for concession area stores.
  • Supports concession buyback activities and inventory reconciliation in department store environments.
  • Performs regular audit of receiving status, and partners with the Logistics Department on resolutions.
  • Offers onboarding support for key new hires about inventory best practices and RFID functionality and operational best practices and policies.
  • Maintains a close partnership with IT on POS/RFID program management and third party vendors.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability when workload or tasks are changed as necessitated by business.
  • Utilizes business acumen (both written and verbal) in relation to store inventory, product assortment and business opportunities.
  • Manages the retail team’s uniform sizing database in partnership with HQ, including weekly new hire updates and seasonal look assignments.
  • Owns the branded supply and packaging program for west coast concession doors. Maintains inventory levels, partners with external 3PL warehouse fulfillment centers on orders, and tracks shipments throughout the year of inbound supplies from overseas.
  • Partners with finance and accounting teams to support sales reconciliation across the network.

Qualifications:

  • High School Degree Required, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience in a retail setting, inventory or operations strongly preferred
  • Experience with inventory management software required, RFID strongly preferred
  • 50% domestic travel required
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively to deliver timely and impactful results.
