Setup and cleanup of the food prep area & equipment, food expeditor, prep work for the next shift. Transporting prepared food to the appropriate locations for use. Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 16 years old. Work a minimum of 3 nights a week/weekend. Be comfortable working in close quarters inside a hot/humid environment. Have some knowledge of proper cleaning/sanitation or be willing to learn. Previous food prep work is preferred.
