Responsible for stocking/replenishment of the Concession stands and Gift Shops. Picks and moves inventory to fulfill stocking requests or established par levels. Responsible for the care, cleaning, and maintenance of all storage facilities. Assist with the physical inventory of all storage facilities. Ensure equipment including, but not limited to grills, fryers, hoods, ovens, floor mats, soft serve ice cream machines, etc. is properly cleaned and functioning. Assist with basic daily food prep activities such as thawing food, salad station prep, quality checks of existing food product, etc. Other light maintenance and custodial duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years old. Will be responsible for a company vehicle so must have a clean driving record clear of all moving violations including speeding tickets. Must be able to work daytime hours including weekends. Must be comfortable working in a hot/humid environment.
