We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to oversee our concessions operations, ensuring excellent service and a memorable experience for our guests. If you have a passion for food service management and thrive in a lively environment, we invite you to apply and become part of our growing team. ***Must have full weekend availability*** Key Responsibilities: Manage daily concessions operations, including food preparation, inventory control, and staff supervision Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality are maintained at all times Coordinate staff schedules to ensure full weekend coverage and smooth operation Monitor sales, costs, and profitability to meet financial targets Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional service Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Full weekend availability is required Prior experience in food service or restaurant management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory management Must be able to pass a background check Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance
