22 Clifton is looking for a Concierge to join our small, dedicated team in one of Clifton Village’s most unique and intimate venues.
Located in a beautifully restored Georgian Cellar on The Mall, 22 Clifton is a boutique Wine Bar, Bottle Shop, and private event space. We’re known for our carefully curated drinks list, welcoming atmosphere, and high standards of hospitality. As a small, independent venue, we pride ourselves on attention to detail and creating memorable guest experiences.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a professional and personable Concierge / Door Host to join our front-of-house team. This role is key to creating a welcoming first impression, ensuring the comfort and safety of our guests, and supporting the smooth running of the venue.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Greet and welcome all guests with professionalism and warmth
• Manage guest arrivals, bookings, and seating arrangements efficiently
• Attract and engage potential customers, promoting the atmosphere of the venue
• Assist the Front of House team with maintaining high service standards
• Monitor guest safety and ensure compliance with venue policies and licensing requirements
