Job Description Welcome guests, carry luggage, park and retrieve guests’ cars, escort guests to their rooms when required, explain the facilities of the Hotel, provide tourism information and dining/entertainment recommendations to our Guests! We are looking for a customer service superstar with a positive can do attitude to join our Front Office team! What you will be doing: Greeting guests and assisting with all aspects of their stay as required. ​ Assisting with luggage, valet service and offering advice on local tourist attractions.​ Supporting the Front Office team with phone calls and guest queries.​ Qualifications Clean Full NZ Drivers License, ability to drive a manual is a plus!
