As the first and last touchpoint of our guests’ journey, you will embody the essence of French art de vivre, creating a seamless and sophisticated experience from arrival to departure. With grace and intuition, you will anticipate needs, curate personalized recommendations, and ensure every moment is effortlessly magnifique. Your role extends beyond the lobby - you will orchestrate seamless valet services, oversee impeccable guest assistance, and bring the charm of Sofitel to life with every interaction. This role is full-time permanent (40 hours per week) - Remuneration: $25.42 per hour The successful candidate must be able to work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays Qualifications Restricted or Full NZ Driver’s license and able to drive both manual and auto preferred* Service focused personality is essential; customer service experience is an asset. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
