Under the direction of the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, Administrative Assistant is responsible for:
1. Specific resident services include but not limited to:
Assist the management team to provide exceptional resident services by enforcing the implementation of all protocols, polices, procedures, and mandates, etc.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Must understand and be able to perform all office and related procedures in a safe, professional, courteous, efficient, and organized manner.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be knowledgeable and experienced in:
1. Computer programs including word, excel, power point and others as needed.
2. Office set up and record maintenance.
3. Assist management in preparation of invoices and cash management.
4. Assisting with scheduling of staff and payroll duties as required.
5. Experience in the Senior or Hospitality Industry would be an asset.
6. Must be capable of compiling reports, statistics, records and other documents as needed.
7. Must show initiative and be able to work well under limited supervision and within a team setting.
8. Must be able to perform under stressful situations and multi-task.
9. Must be able to handle large volume of incoming calls and switchboard operations.
10. Must be able to assist other departments as required.
11. Must be flexible and adaptable to assist with day-to-day operations
Ability to speak other 2nd language especially Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong asset, please indicate on your resume if you are fluent in another language.
EDUCATION:
2. ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES INCLUDE:
i. Create and update documentations
ii. Monitor any implementations and look for improvements.
