Job Description Welcome guests and provide prompt, professional assistance with requests. Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, and other guest services. Offer accurate information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and events. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously. Maintain updated knowledge of local dining, entertainment, and cultural activities. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Qualifications Previous experience in a concierge or guest service role, preferably in hospitality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Professional appearance and positive & vibrant attitude. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Knowledge of local attractions and services is a plus.
