As a Concierge Agent, you will be the heart and soul of our guest experience, responsible for providing personalized and memorable service to our visitors. Your role will be to assist guests with a wide array of requests, from booking exclusive dining experiences to arranging private tours, ensuring that their stay exceeds all expectations. You will leverage your local knowledge and connections to provide tailored recommendations and solutions that enhance the guest experience in our world-class properties, including Canaves Ena, Canaves Oia Suites & Spa, Sunday Suites, and Canaves Epitome. Join us in delivering impeccable service that transforms every stay into an unforgettable journey. Previous experience as a Concierge Agent or in a guest services role within a luxury hotel is essential. Fluency in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in Greek or a third language is a plus. Strong knowledge of the local area, attractions, and services to provide personalized guest experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for hospitality. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest services. Strong computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
