Costa Navarino Residences are looking for a Concierge Agent. As a Concierge Agent at Residences, Costa Navarino, you will be the primary point of contact for villa guests/owners, providing exceptional and personalized service to ensure a seamless and memorable stay. You will assist guests/owners with reservations, transportation, recommendations, and any special requests. Responsibilities Assist guests with inquiries regarding dining, local attractions, activities, and services. Arrange reservations for restaurants, spa treatments, golf sessions, and other experiences. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, offering a warm and professional first impression. Organize transportation, including airport transfers, car rentals, and private driver services. Coordinate special requests such as private events, celebrations, and tailored experiences. Work closely with various hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Handle guest concerns, complaints, and special needs promptly and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and service requests in the property management system. Create guests’ memorable experiences. Assist with luggage handling, in-villa check-ins, and any additional guest requests. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a concierge, front office, or guest services role. Previous experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end guest service positions is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field preferred. Fluency in both Greek and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of German, Russian, and/or French is an advantage. Strong computer skills with knowledge of Opera software. Excellent knowledge of the local area, including cultural sites, restaurants, and entertainment options. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Cultural awareness and the ability to interact with international guests. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. A passion for delivering high-end hospitality experiences.
