Company: tastytrade Role: Concierge Agent Location: Chicago, IL – In-Person In the Concierge Agent role, you'll be the dedicated point of contact for our new and existing customers, providing personalized support and ensuring a seamless experience. In this dynamic role, you'll educate new and existing customers on tastytrade’s suite of account types, funding, and product offerings and guide them to ensure a world-class experience.
