POSITION SUMMARY 【Purpose of Role】 Responsible for providing hotel facilities information to guests and visitors, as well as the many various bars, restaurants, places of interest in and around Taipei. To assist guest by booking the best reservations/registrations for tours, restaurants and etc. Senior Concierge Agent responsible and able to individually operate Wired. Provide a “W” welcome for guest who visits “Wired”. Attend to the guest’s needs, including all general office functions such as faxing, photocopying, scanning, printing and basic help with major Microsoft Office Software. Deliver Whatever/Whenever experience to our guests, prior, during and after their stay. Assist with check-in when Welcome is busy and guests are waiting. Use ALICE to send confirmations and receipts to guests. 【Cast Key Responsibilities】 When perform at Concierge: 1.Answer questions regarding and/or making arrangements for dining, entertainment sports events, recreation, tours, health and beauty services, child care, transportation, religious worship, cultural activities, shopping, floral services, and any other services/events. 2.Keep accurate records of all arrangements/note any special preferences in GXP guest tracking system the guest may have. 3.Answer questions about hotel facilities, meeting rooms, or events held in these venues. 4.Liaise with the Airport Team, Welcome Ambassadors, W Insider, and Welcome Desk Manager to ensure a unique W Taipei Welcome for guests who booked transportation. 5.Be prepared for unusual Whatever/Whenever requests. 6.Be extremely efficient in using ALICE for feedback on guest requests. 7.Be able to accurately operate Newspaper Direct and be aware of the list of available newspapers. 8.Know everything there is to know about the city and be able to offer guests reliable and personalised suggestions about their request. 9.Be sufficient in OPERA to perform basic tasks for daily functions. When perform at Wired: 1.Be able to accurately operate Newspaper Direct and be aware of the list of available newspapers. 2.Be sufficient in OPERA to perform basic tasks for daily functions. 3.Be knowledgeable and able to operate PRINTME system in the absence of Wired Talent. 4.Assisting guests with business needs, ie. Send/receive fax, photocopying, scanning, providing internet access etc. 5.Hire out and obtain deposit for laptop computers in line with W’s Wired2Go program, ensuring that all Wired2Go Brand Standards are being adhered to. 6.ensure room is setup to Brand Standard with all requested equipment prior to the commencement of the meeting 7.Maintain all CONNECTED related equipment and hardware in good working condition.
