Job Details Per-Diem Concierge Andrus on Hudson Job Type: Part-time, Per-Diem Schedule (8am-4p, 4pm-9pm) Hourly rate: $18.00 Job Description: We are currently seeking a customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Per-Diem Concierge. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to our visitors, residents, and staff, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome everyone with a friendly and professional demeanor. Assist visitors and residents with inquiries and provide information. Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails, responding promptly and accurately. Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Receive and sort incoming mail and packages. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill visitor, resident, and staff requests efficiently. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping as needed. Qualifications: * High School graduate or equivalent is required. * Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality-related role is highly desirable. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional attitude. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism. * Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
