Job Details Job Location: Camp Creek Resort - Inlet Beach, FL 32461 Position Type: Full Time Job Summary: The Concierge assists guests with a variety of needs to ensure they have a memorable stay. This includes but is not limited to making reservations for meals, cars/shuttles, being knowledgeable in the best places to eat, advising and reserving tours/excursions, and assisting with things like dry cleaning or locating a pharmacy. Job Responsibilities: Greet and welcomes guests warmly and with enthusiasm Develop and maintain service relationships to fulfill the needs of patrons, customers, guests, or employees Provide information regarding the area, including directions, attractions, shopping, nightlife, or recreational opportunities Make reservations for a variety of experiences for guests Assist with events happening in the hotel Provide a variety of business services such as shipping packages and assisting with printing needs Communicate with front desk, housekeeping, and bellman Respond to guest inquiries Anticipate and make attempts to the expectations of guests Attend staff meetings to learn about arrivals and amenities for guests Work independently to seek opportunities for guests All other duties as assigned Qualifications Education and Experience: Ability to read, write, speak and communicate in basic English preferred Experience in Hospitality or other relationship centered job is preferred Sufficient education and literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Detail-oriented and thorough Ability to remain discreet and respect the privacy of guests Ability to perform consistent work to the highest of standards Knowledge of the local area and its restaurants, shopping and recreation Administrative skills Organizational; and multitasking skills Must have appositive attitude with the ability to remain positive and patient Physical Demands: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer with occasional standing Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times Working Conditions: Indoors, mostly quiet environment The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and are not an exclusive list of all duties and responsibilities.
