Build strong relationships with residents and their families to provide personalized service. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that the community is a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for all residents. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
