Description Concierge - Nursing Home We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our dedicated team at our nursing home facility. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the comfort and well-being of our residents while supporting the smooth operation of our community. Every other weekend Saturday and Sunday 8:00am-4:30pm Key Responsibilities: - Greet residents, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner - Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately - Answer door phones and monitor cameras for security - Assist residents and visitors with information and directions within the facility - Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming - Coordinate with staff to facilitate resident needs and appointments - Support administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling and documentation - Ensure compliance with safety and confidentiality policies Our nursing home values compassion, respect, and teamwork.
