Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

Concierge is responsible for welcoming and engaging with tenants and guests of the building, providing assistance and building guidance as required whilst adhering to provided policies & procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The provision of Concierge Services in a friendly, professional and amiable manner, providing pro-active assistance as required to tenants and guests of the building.
  • Completion & review of shift handovers, made by the outgoing shift(s) and follow up as required by the incoming shift(s).
  • Completion of administrative tasks, ensuring the provided systems are maintained and orderly in regards to all Concierge related forms, records and paperwork as required by the direction of the Head Concierge.
  • At all times, comply with the call escalation requirements for incidents.
  • Support the Head Concierge with the provision of tenant induction services upon request including the providing of Building Tenancy Guide and the provision of building & concierge specific offerings.
  • To have a detailed understanding of concierge specific offerings that may include; gift services, accommodation sourcing, ticketing service offerings, restaurant bookings and clearly communicate and assist tenants with the provision of such requests.
  • Further to the above point, the responsibility and completion of core concierge services such as; bicycle, lockers, gift sourcing, dining reservations, car cleaning services, car share services, dry cleaning and mail delivery.
  • A professional appearance are to be maintained at all times as per the Uniform & Grooming Policy.
  • Support as required with the delivery of marketing concepts & building activations in conjunction with the Head Concierge.
  • Any other tasks as requested by the Head Concierge to assist in concierge related operations.
