JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Concierge will be responsible to identify and clarify residents’ needs and desires to provide excellent customer service. Reporting to the Community Manager the Concierge is the “face” of the building and greets every resident with a smile and a kind word; ensuring thorough strong open communication and organization that they deliver exceptional service to residents.
