SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our team in Ontario. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing guest experiences and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering top-notch security and hospitality services.

• Greet and assist guests with inquiries, providing information about services and local attractions.
• Manage front desk operations, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Coordinate guest requests and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and hospitality at all times.
• Handle phone calls professionally, addressing guest needs efficiently.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Assist in managing reservations and special requests for guests.
• Uphold the company’s standards for security and guest relations.

Qualifications * Proven experience in a concierge or front desk role within the hospitality industry.

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and guest services.
• Professional demeanor with exceptional phone etiquette.
• Knowledge of local attractions and amenities is advantageous.
