We are seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our team in Ontario. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing our clients’ experiences by providing top-notch customer service and support. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the security services industry.

• Greet and assist guests with inquiries and requests.
• Manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and events.
• Coordinate guest services and special requests efficiently.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality at all times.

• Qualifications
• Proven experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with front desk operations and phone etiquette.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
