This position involves regularly walking throughout the building, checking on residents, supporting caregivers, and helping ensure daily operations run smoothly. The Concierge helps monitor care, address resident needs, and report any concerns to the main office. This is not a desk or phone-based position. The Concierge is expected to remain active throughout the shift, moving around the community and interacting with residents and staff. Responsibilities: Walk throughout the community regularly to check on residents and ensure their comfort and safety Enter resident rooms when appropriate to check on needs or provide assistance Observe caregivers to ensure they are following care standards and community policies Report any concerns, incidents, or issues to the main office Assist residents with general questions or needs during the shift Help maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents Communicate updates or concerns to management as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, attentive, and able to work independently Comfortable being active and walking throughout the community during the shift
Responsibilities
