Description GenCare Lifestyle @ Ballard Landmark is a Premier Assisted and Independent Senior Living Community in Seattle. We are seeking to add an amazing, caring Full Time Concierge to our team. The schedule for this position is 5 days a week, Friday through Tuesday. Previous Front Desk experience is necessary. This position includes light housekeeping of main common areas including dusting and vacuuming. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Operate telephone and direct calls on a multi-line phone system, General clerical responsibilities. Greeting and directing families and tours, Assist Department Mangers as needed. Problem solve and meet the needs of residents and family members. Build relationships with residents and their family members. Always ensure resident safety and confidentiality. Required qualifications are: High School Diploma or GED, professionalism, mature and cheerful personality. Must be able to multitask and operate a multi-line telephone. Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience working with seniors is a plus! All qualified and interested applicants are encouraged to email a resume.
