Previous Front Desk experience is necessary. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Serve as primary front desk support in a professional and pleasant manner including but not limited to answering phones, assisting residents, guests, vendors and staff. Assist the Business Office Director in the coordination of all departments to ensure that all residents’ needs are met in the most efficient manner. Availability to covering of shifts. Provide and forward in an expeditious manner any community complaints and concerns to the Business Office Director. Perform Microsoft word, and outlook email computer duties in an efficient and accurate manner including but not limited to filing, typing and any other general office duties as assigned. Insure and demonstrate competency with knowing all names of community residents and establish an immediate rapport with new residents. Demonstrate consistency in respect and patience for resident family members. Assist residents with daily problems and concerns. Read and review resident documentation to keep informed of any changes regarding residents. Assist the Marketing with community tours, inquiries, mailing brochures, sending follow-up letters and thank you cards. Maintain accurate and current traffic sheets. Assist in Wellness and Vitality Department with residents’ weekly appointments. Demonstrate respect and teamwork with all employees. Observe and notify the Business Office Director and Wellness team of any unusual resident behaviors, concerns or occurrences in the community. Demonstrate working knowledge of the building emergency procedures. Complete all other duties as assigned. Requirements OUALIFICATIONS: 1. Minimum of Twenty-One (21) years of the age 2. High School Graduate or equivalent All qualified and interested applicants are encouraged to email a resume.
