With strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a natural flair for hospitality, you’ll bring a calm, professional energy to every guest interaction. To be successful, you’ll need: Minimum 12 months’ experience in a front office, concierge, porter or hospitality environment (Essential) QLD driver’s licence held for at least 3 years (Essential) Proven ability to safely operate vehicles for guest and luggage transport (Essential) Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills (Essential) Previous experience in a 4–5 star hotel or resort (Desirable) Queensland Recreational Boat Licence and/or Passenger Transport Driver Authorisation (Desirable) About Hamilton Island Our mission is to share the wonder of Hamilton Island with the world by creating wonder-filled experiences for our guests, employees and community.
