JOB DESCRIPTION

ARAMARK Remote Workplace Services are hiring for Guest Service Associate for a remote lodge near Fort McMurray, AB. The Front Desk Clerk is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by assisting with guest needs, booking reservations, act as a point of reference for guests who need information and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. Responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the guest services operation. Organization and good time management skills are a must.

Transportation is provided out of Edmonton, AB to site.
Rotation are 20 days on/10 days off.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous guest services experience required
  • Supervisory experience in a related role preferred
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrate organization skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
    This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
Responsibilities
  • Understand guests needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel
  • Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs
  • Fulfills special requests made by hotel guests and participates in the organization of special events
  • Arrange events, excursions, transportation etc. upon request from hotel residents
  • Schedules and assigns daily work assignments the guest services team and oversees completion of tasks
  • Coordinate guest itineraries, prior to the guest’s arrival, for requests received via phone, fax and e-mail
