Description The Concierge monitors the front entrance; greets and assists residents and guests; answer phones; assists the Sales Department with tours as well as outbound calls to prospective residents as needed and supports the Director of Business Operations by assisting with general administrative functions. The Concierge also supports the team with general administrative tasks and duties as assigned in other departments. The Concierge will also assist in the Dining Room and during special events as needed. Will be responsible for proper building closure at end of shift. Requirements High School education or equivalent Knowledge and use of Word, Excel, Outlook Dependable Shift Schedule : Monday - Friday, 11a - 7:30p
