Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

At Four Seasons Hotel Firenze we are looking for a passionate Concierge Intern to support the Concierge team in accommodating different guests’ requests. With the support of our Concierge team, this position is committed to enhance guests experiences, making their stay that much more enjoyable

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
  • Assist customers in inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
  • Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and hotel practices.
  • Promptly inform the Management team in case of guests’ complaints.
  • Process packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Be knowledgeable regarding activities available in the city, restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions.
  • Learn how to utilize a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements the guest has made and to assure proper billing.
  • Answer internal and external calls and direct them appropriately in the absence of a Switchboard Operator.
  • Assist with other Front Office tasks when needed.
  • Develop and present a project work to reinforce training.
