Description Join our Team! Leland Management is seeking a Front Desk Concierge for one of our communities in the Palm Bay, FL area. The position is full-time with competitive pay and excellent benefits. The Front Desk Concierge provides clerical and administrative support to the Community Association Manager and Association office and helps maintain an efficient office environment. This role involves professional interaction with residents, vendors, and visitors while ensuring proper office management. Position Schedule: This position is part-time with 14-16 scheduled hours each week with the possibility to pick up additional hours when the need arises. Candidates must adhere to one of the following schedules: Monday 5pm-9pm / Thursday 5pm-9pm / Saturday 8am-12pm / Sunday 8am-12pm Tuesday 5pm-9pm / Friday 5pm-9pm / Saturday 12pm-4pm / Sunday 12pm-4pm Wednesday 5pm-9pm / Saturday 4pm-9pm / Sunday 4pm-9pm Primary Responsibilities: Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and assist visitors. Maintain courteous communication with residents, guests, vendors, and internal departments. Ensuring clear and concise documentation of encounters and/or requests. Prepare and distribute newsletters, email blasts, and flyers. Maintain and update the Association website. Assist with architectural application processing. Identify maintenance issues, create work orders, and follow up until completion. Post and remove meeting signs in accordance with community requirements. Maintain updated resident databases. Monitor and maintain office supplies. Ensure office cleanliness and organization. Process, program and manage gate and clubhouse access applications and documentation. Open the building at the beginning of the day / secure the building at the end of the day. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Community Association Manager or General Manager to support organizational goals and operational efficiency Requirements Qualifications: Strong customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and work independently. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Prior administrative experience.
