CONCIERGE – NIGHTS

Location: Liverpool
Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
Hours: 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (night shifts)
Are you a people-oriented professional who thrives in a customer-facing role? We’re looking for a Night Concierge to join our team in Liverpool. As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and suppliers, you’ll help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at all times.

• Acting as the first point of contact for all customers, visitors, and suppliers
• Providing a professional and friendly reception service
• Responding to unplanned cleaning needs (e.g. spillages in communal areas)
• Carrying out building patrols, safety checks, and CCTV monitoring
• Handling parcel management and logging deliveries according to company procedures
• Managing utility meter readings as required
• Providing clear and concise shift handovers to incoming team members
• Managing key control and issuing keys in line with protocols
• Coordinating access for maintenance, deliveries, and other services
• Handling general enquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests
• Conducting bin rotation and supporting smooth car park operations
