Audi Midtown Toronto is looking for a Concierge (Lot Attendant) to join their team in Toronto.
Our Concierges are an integral part of the day-to-day flow of business in the Service Department.
The Concierge provides excellent customer service while interacting with customers in the Service drive-thru. They may also assist Service Advisors and Technicians by bringing customer vehicles through the shop and keep the lot organized of vehicles.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • Valid G or G2 Driver’s License.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Able to drive both manual and automatic transmission is an asset.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate person or location.
  • Controls service traffic flow and parking.
  • Determines if customers coming into service have an appointment.
  • Records customer’s name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.
  • Assists lot attendant with duties at the service counter and in the service drive.
  • Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow, etc.
  • Maintains a professional appearance.
  • Performs customer follow-up on repair orders.
  • Other duties as required by the Service Manager.
