ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Concierge at Concordia Senior Living, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing exceptional customer service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that residents’ needs are met promptly and efficiently, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. You will act as a liaison between residents and various services, helping to coordinate activities, manage requests, and facilitate communication. This position requires a compassionate approach, as you will be interacting with seniors and their families, ensuring their concerns are addressed with empathy and professionalism. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to a positive living experience, fostering a sense of community and belonging among residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet residents and visitors warmly, providing assistance and information as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, appointments, and transportation for residents.
  • Manage incoming requests and inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by monitoring the premises and reporting any issues.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery and resident satisfaction.
