What a Typical Day Could Look Like As a Concierge Manager, you'll be the heart and soul of our luxury multifamily property, curating an exceptional resident experience that goes above and beyond expectations. You are the Team Leader! Oversee the entire Concierge team, including Senior Concierge Coordinators and Concierge Coordinators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional resident services. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging professional development and growth among team members. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring optimal team performance and productivity. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. You are the Resident Advocate! Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, responding to inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Anticipate resident needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their living experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, fostering a sense of community and belonging. Act as an escalation point for complex resident issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution. You are the Community Cultivator! Oversee the management of resident requests, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment. Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident engagement and foster a vibrant community atmosphere. Oversee the planning and execution of resident events and activities that encourage social interaction and a sense of belonging. Collaborate with the Resident Services team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services. Requirements Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a customer service, hospitality, or related role, preferably within a luxury residential or hotel environment. Proven track record of leading and managing teams, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. Demonstrated ability to build rapport with residents and foster a welcoming community atmosphere. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong leadership and mentorship abilities. Ability to build rapport with residents and foster a welcoming community atmosphere. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed. Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.
