WE ARE LOOKING TO WELCOME A HIGHLY MOTIVATED, CREATIVE AND ENTHUSIASTIC CONCIERGE MANAGER TO LEAD A TEAM OF 2 IN OUR PRESTIGIOUS CLIENT IN LONDON.

This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving to the building. You will be an integral part of a highly professional and bubbly team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.
Our client is a global communications firm that partners with businesses and organizations to evolve, promote and protect their brands and reputations.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours (Monday-Friday; shift rota basis 8 AM – 6 PM)

  • Greet and check in guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings to support smooth operations.
  • Oversee the distribution and management of building access fobs.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for guests, maintaining cost-effectiveness and convenience.
  • Lead and manage the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Inspire your team – run personal and professional development reviews, training, rota management, lead on SOPs, and encourage innovative ideas to elevate the guest experience.
