Position Overview MAY Management is seeking a professional, friendly, and customer service-oriented Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors at one of our residential communities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a polished and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards. This role plays an important part in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations within the community. Qualifications Previous concierge, hospitality, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email systems Ability to handle resident concerns professionally and efficiently Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if needed Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Requirements Key Responsibilities Greet residents, guests, vendors, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer phones, emails, and resident inquiries promptly and professionally Monitor guest and visitor access according to community procedures Coordinate visitor registrations, package handling, and deliveries Maintain front desk logs, records, and community communication systems Assist residents with general questions, requests, and amenity reservations Coordinate with management, maintenance staff, and vendors as needed Observe and report community concerns, maintenance issues, or suspicious activity Assist with community events, notices, and resident communications Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment What We’re Looking For MAY Management is looking for a dependable and service-focused individual who enjoys working with people and creating positive resident experiences.
