Note: This is a part-time opportunity, working from 8am - 5pm on Mondays & Tuesdays. Initially a 12-month max term contract.  What you’ll do  * Be the welcoming face of TLC and create outstanding first impressions for team members and visitors to our Brisbane CBD office. * Manage front-of-house interactions, including greeting guests, visitor access, lockers, access cards and working closely with Security. * Keep meetings and events running smoothly by supporting room bookings, catering, technology setup and on-the-spot troubleshooting. * Support large events, town halls and training sessions - from setup through to returning spaces to BAU. * Maintain high standards across public areas, security awareness and workplace etiquette.
