An exciting opportunity with our Concierge team has become available on a casual basis. Our Concierge team are the face and brand ambassadors of the Old course Hotel and are passionate about providing excellent customer service and looking after our guests from the warm and cheerful welcome through to the heartfelt goodbye.
You will be responsible for welcoming and looking after our guests and their belongings, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests experience the level of hospitality that we pride ourselves on.

Your responsibilities will include;

• Warmly welcome and engage with guests, ensure all queries are answered.
• Take luggage up to the guest room.
• Remove luggage from the guest rooms on check out and bring it to the appropriate area or load into their vehicle.
• Park and retrieve guests vehicles if required.
• Deliver messages front Front of House and Concierge to the guests.
• Deliver any required amenities, packages or messages as required by the guests.
• Promote all hotel restaurants and special daily promotions.

To be successful in this role you will have the following qualities and experience:

• Polite, confident and well presented individual.
• Previous experience in customer service or guest services
• Full driving licence (strongly preferred)
