Description Willamette Valley Vineyards is looking for an energetic team player and customer-focused individual for a part-time Concierge position at our beautiful Vancouver Waterfront Tasting Room. Concierge Position Overview: Greets all guests as they walk through the door, and leads guests to appropriate area for experience. Upon departure, makes sure all guests are given a warm farewell and wine is transported to guest’s car if needed. Primary Job Responsibilities: Greets guests in warm, professional and genuinely hospitable manner. Guides guests to Tasting Room bar, Tour & Tasting or other appointments/locations and promptly notifies appropriate staff of their arrival. Handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, working independently with little or no supervision. Answers multi-line telephone system, takes accurate messages and transfers telephone calls to the appropriate person in an efficient manner. Creates and types correspondence and memorandums in proper format. Works efficiently with all departments of the company to ensure optimal guest service levels are being achieved and maintained. When directed, monitors email account and directs emails to the appropriate person. Responsible for relaying incoming telephone calls. Continually enhances own knowledge of WVV’s products, varieties, appellations, markets, customers, competitors and opportunities. Supports Company’s effort to create a more sustainable, cross-cultural and “green” environment. Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and events. Most of these events are held over holiday weekends such as Memorial Day and Thanksgiving Weekends. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner, and be able to work in a fast paced environment,
