Porsche Centre Calgary is looking for a Customer Concierge to join the team! This individual will act as the customer ambassador and is largely responsible for shaping the customer experience. The focus of the Customer Concierge is to provide exclusive and personalized attention through the active anticipation of customers’ needs, and the establishment of high-quality interactions. The Customer Concierge will ensure an unique ownership and purchasing experience, in line with the Porsche Customer Experience standards, to contribute to the further improvement of overall Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 to 5 years Customer Service experience within a high-end retail and/or sales environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and confident appearance
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written language skills
• Ability to deal with stressful situations, conflict management skills, assertiveness and a very high degree of customer orientation
  -Self motivated and ability to meet deadlines
