WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience in property management, concierge services, hospitality, or a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient in basic administrative and scheduling tasks
• Self-motivated with a high level of professionalism and integrity
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Tech-savvy (familiarity with property management software is a plus)
• Flexible availability, including occasional evenings/weekends if required

THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive, service-oriented Concierge / Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of one or more properties while acting as the first point of contact for tenants, residents, or guests. You will combine exceptional customer service with strong operational and administrative skills to ensure everything runs smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents, guests, and visitors
• Manage the overall upkeep and presentation of the property/properties
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor visits as needed
• Handle tenant communications, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records, lease documentation, and reports
• Manage bookings, deliveries, and access to shared amenities
• Support move-ins/outs and onboarding of new residents or tenants
• Ensure security protocols and safety procedures are followed
• Collaborate with the wider property management team for smooth operations
