GLL is looking for a Full-Time Concierge at Rivermead Leisure Centre. If you have the passion for people, ability to deliver a first-class customer service experience, this is your chance to be part of one of the largest leisure groups in the UK.
As Concierge, you’ll enjoy making a difference to every person who walks through our centres, be it with your warm welcome or through selling them a membership to enhance their lifestyle.
This Full-Time Concierge position will require you to work an average of 39 hours across the week, to cover the opening hours and operational requirements of the centre. The role requires working both early and late shifts as part of the following rotating shift pattern:
Week 1
Monday 7:00 - 14:30
Tuesday 7:00 - 14:30
Wednesday 7:00 - 15:30
Thursday 7:00 - 16:00
Friday 7:00 - 16:00
Saturday OFF
Sunday OFF
Week 2
Monday 15:30 - 22:00
Tuesday 15:30 - 22:00
Wednesday 14:30 - 22:00
Thursday OFF

Saturday 8:00-18:00

As Concierge, you’ll respond to enquiries converting them into memberships. You will often be a customer’s first port of call; answering the phone, dealing with transactions, handling any queries and even going out into the community on outreach projects. From providing team support to the warmest of welcomes, your focus will be on ensuring our customer service level is at the highest level at all times.
